Vision: Empower all our youth with the opportunity to thrive.

Initiative 1: Study Skills and Motivation
The focus is to inspire hope and possibility in the minds of students who need study skills or lack motivation to study.  Curriculum spirited by FranklinCovey.

Initiative 2: Financial Literacy
CA$FLOW for Kids, that focus on arming our youth with the conceptual knowledge and practical skills on how to conserve rather than consume their financial resources.

Initiative 3: Leadership Development
This initiative will encourage youth participants to acquire the aspirations and knowledge needed to prepare them for future leadership roles.  Curriculum spirited by Harvard Business school.

Initiative 4: Cultural Diversity
To expose our youth in cultural diversity by promoting cultural sensitivity, equity, respect, and admiration. This will enhance appreciation in differences and uniqueness when they enter the real world.  Youth leaders must develop an understanding of an array of different cultural backgrounds to promote teamwork.

Initiative 5: Science and Engineering
The program will stir interest in Science and Engineering issues and applications while developing core competencies in math and science.
