Annual Scholarship Program

Annual Scholarship Opportunities – African-Americans have traditionally placed great importance on education, viewing it as a key ingredient in overcoming racial and social barriers. NOVAUL’s 17 - year old Scholarship Opportunities Program provides merit-based college scholarships to deserving African-American high school seniors from Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax County, Loudon County, and Prince William County Public School Systems to attend some of our country’s most influential and challenging institutions.  In 2007, we awarded $45,000 in scholarships to nine minority students.
